The Nuclear Extracts are prepared according to :

Conc. Protein (Bradford) = +/- 6 mg/ml

Buffer for HeLa Nuclear Extracts (dialysis)

• 20 mM HEPES (pH 7.9)
• 100 mM KCl
• 0.2 mM EDTA
• 20% Glycerol
• 0.5 mM PMSF
• 0.5 mM DTT
